Solturlian

Solturlian is the solo project of Drew Beckham, the first release on his Poison Palace label. The client provided me with a central image from Alexandra Calame's 'An Ancient Pine Forest With A Mountain Stream' (1847), which I then framed in a embellished window. This element, coupled with the chains, and the keyhole-counter of the "O", reference the claustrophobic nature of the project and the artist's recording sessions.
